Sheree Honeyfield-King offers you the opportunity to experience the benefits of mindfulness in her classes, Pathway to the Present Moment. 

She invites you to discover mindfulness, and learn how to apply it to the connection between body and mind, the same way it's offered in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy.  Hakomi has been a leader in mindfulness for over thirty years.

Held within the Hakomi principles of Mindfulness, Non-violence, Unity, Organicity and Mind-body Holism, Sheree offers mindfulness classes in a safe space where awareness can grow and change can unfold naturally. 

Research shows that measurable changes in neurological circuitry and functioning are possible after eight weeks of regular mindfulness practice, and over time, mindfulness can help us with stress, focus, emotional regulation and self awareness. 

Sheree has been a mindfulness practitioner for twenty years and looks forward to being able to offer you the opportunity to learn and apply mindfulness the Hakomi way.
