Pathway To The Present Moment

Mindfulness classes

Sheree Honeyfield-King offers you the opportunity to experience the benefits of mindfulness applied to your experience in the present moment.

She invites you to discover how mindfulness, applied to the connection between body and mind, can improve focus, relationships, and well-being.

Research shows measurable changes in neurological circuitry and functioning after eight weeks of regular mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness as it is offered by Sheree, is working to develop the Observer part of the brain, and Sheree uses Hakomi tools and techniques to do this.

Sheree has been practising mindfulness for many years, and since 2003 when she began her training as a practitioner of Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, she has been assisting others to apply mindfulness to their own experience in the present moment,

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
