What's in it for me?

A safe, respectful space is offered for you to bring your whole self.  Learning how to become mindful is part of the therapeutic process.

Hakomi uses mindfulness as a tool.  We are wanting to study what is happening now, in the moment. Together, with both of us working in mindful awareness, we apply the tools and techniques available within the Hakomi method to the experience that is unfolding in the moment and within the therapeutic process.

While Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy is a somatic method, and so what is happening in the body is at the centre of our experience, as is mindfulness, we want to be paying attention to all aspects of our experience, using mindfulness to do so.

Ideologies separate us. Dreams and adversity bring us together.
