Sheree Honeyfield-King and Hakomi

I offer Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness classes. 

I work in a mindful, body-centred way, drawing on Hakomi principles.

Sessions are collaborative and paced with care.  We pay attention to present-moment experience and listen to what the body is communicating, alongside thoughts and emotions. 

Our work together takes place in a safe space held by the principles of Mindfulness, Unity, Organicity, Non-violence and Mind-Body Holism.
